Nichelle Clark is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and Postpartum Doula passionate about guiding families through their unique feeding journeys. Her own path began after the birth of her son—her long-awaited Rainbow Baby—when she chose to exclusively pump as a first-generation breastfeeder. That experience sparked a deep commitment to lactation support, leading her to earn her CBS in 2018 and IBCLC in 2020. Since then, she’s helped countless families navigate chestfeeding, pumping, and postpartum recovery with compassion and expertise.
Nichelle is also a dedicated community lactivist, working with organizations like #757Breastfeeds, the Virginia Breastfeeding Coalition, USLCA, and Black Breastfeeding 365 to ensure equitable care for all. Janet Jones is the co-owner and CEO of Breastfeeding Success, a comprehensive lactation services company that serves families all across Texas and beyond. In 2024 her team served over 31,000 families with prenatal education, in-hospital clinical care, and outpatient lactation support. Her multi-specialty practice is also removing barriers to entry into the lactation field by operating a paid internship for aspiring IBCLCs. Janet began as a breastfeeding peer counselor, she provided lactation education and training to hospitals across the state as a training specialist with DSHS, and she has worked as an IBCLC in the hospital and in the outpatient setting. She currently serves as treasurer for the International Lactation Consultant Association and has four breastfed children. She enjoys nurturing all sorts of growing things, from families and babies to her backyard garden and sourdough starter.
Bonnie Holt Logsdon, RD, LD, IBCLC is a seasoned lactation consultant, speaker, educator, and founder of Bonnie Knows Breast and The Pump Bar. With over two decades of experience, she supports both new families in direct lactation care and professionals in both breastfeeding education and building sustainable, purpose-driven practices. Bonnie’s passion stems from her own journey as a parent and entrepreneur, where she saw the need for stronger support systems in maternal health. Through coaching, education, and community collaboration, she empowers both families and business practices to thrive—not just survive.

Karolina is deeply passionate about hormones, lactation, and uncovering the root causes of low milk supply. She lives in Redlands with her husband and their two soccer-obsessed kiddos (plus one equally obsessed husband). While she doesn’t technically have free time, she’s mastered the art of skipping breakfast and wouldn’t trade her team or her mission - for anything.
