FAQs
Do I need to have a current business to attend events?
Not at all! Whether you're just starting out or ready to scale your practice, there will be sessions, opportunities, and resources to meet you where you are.
Will there be continuing education credits (CEU/CERPs) given for events?
Business of Breastfeeding events are for professional development focused on business strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship within the lactation and maternal-child health space.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer CERPS for IBCLCs. However, certain sessions for nursing (RN and LPN) contact hours and CAPPA contact hours may be available.
We are committed to upholding ethical standards aligned with the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes. Therefore, we do not accept sponsorship from companies that violate the WHO Code. Any speaker’s personal affiliations with retail or commercial entities are their own responsibility not the conference hosts.
Our goal is to foster an inclusive, integrity-based learning environment that prioritizes values-driven business growth and professional collaboration.
